GINO MUOIO:

Gino Muoio was born and raised in the Eastside of Vancouver. After graduating from Vancouver Technical Secondary School, he  went to post secondary school at Langara College. Gino has been a licensed salesman since 1990.

As his first love is soccer, Gino currently dedicates his free time coaching in the Italian Canadian Soccer Federation U-14 League. The pinnacle of his soccer career was in 2003, when Gino played for Columbus, in the Men's Premier League. That year they won the Canadian National Championships.

Gino maintains a theory that a fundamental component of accumulating wealth is real estate ownership.  "You can never get rich by income alone", is his mantra. Hence, he is a firm believer that it's never too early to begin investing in real estate, and the first place to start is with ones principal residence.

ANGELA XU:

Angela was born and raised in Beijing, China, and came to Canada in 1992 as an international student. Since joining the company in 1996, she has proven to be a key member of the Bel-Air Realty team.

Being an immigrant herself, Angela understands the difficulties of trying to adopt a new culture. Along with her in depth knowledge of the local real estate market and her Asian cultural background, Angela has enabled many of her clients to succeed in starting new lives in the Lower Mainland .

Angela's mission is to continue to assist more clients in becoming happy, well adjusted homeowners in the Greater Vancouver area.
